Advertising Agreement
Terms and Conditions
The above
business authorizes the addition of
the contents of this agreement to America's
Savings Card.
The business agrees to honor the discount
offer(s) when a customer presents their
America's Savings Card.
The discount offer(s) are valid on a reusable basis.
The discount offer(s) are valid for one year
from the date of this agreement.
The business
will not be charge a fee to
advertise their discount on America's Savings
Card website or brochure. The business
will not be charged for any of the
provided
advertising materials.
This agreement
may be
renewed on an annual basis.
The above business will be contacted prior
to the expiration date about renewing the
agreement for another year. The business can
renew, change, or cancel the advertising
agreement at that time.
The
business will be sent a proof of the discount prior to
being added to America's Savings Card.
By submitting this form, you agree to the
terms and conditions of the advertising agreement, and
that you are authorized by the above
business to approve the addition of the
business to America's Savings Card.
